I was one of the lucky ones to attend the J. R. Enterprises School of Southern Barbeque.  I say lucky because, I like many, thought I knew something about barbeque.  Well, let me tell you, was I in for a fun and tasty lesson.  The simple down to earth approach and hands on school made it not only fun but very educational.  But the best part of the school was getting to eat what you just learned to cook.  The best ribs ever !!!!  Listen I, am not, exaggerating.  I have eaten a lot of ribs in my days but never ones so juicy and tender.

This leads me to JR 's grill and smokers.  We used the model S28 smoker.  The smoke chamber design layout enabled one to not only smoke but to smoke virtually with the least amount of effort.  The result was a truly fast finger lickin smoked rib.  The sturdy workmanship of these smokers and grills will lend them to many years of even the most rigorous of professional conditions.
