You asked for it, here it is, our new rotary smoker.  Several people have been asking about a new rotary smoker.  We are happy to announce that we are adding a new rotary smoker to our line of wood burning water smokers and charcoal grills.  This will be a smoker for those who want a mobile cooking unit you can tow anywhere.  Family reunions, church functions, tail gating at football games, hunting clubs – Anywhere you want to cook, it is ready to go.  It burns charcoal, so you can add any kind of wood for smoke.

      Casters:  3" steel wheels, 2 stationary, 2 swivel for easy movement on any smooth surface.
      Fire Starter:  A single jet built in to easily start the wood burning. comes complete with hose & regulator.  We also have propane tanks available.
      Charcoal Adapter:   Another set of bars below the cooking surface with grates so the smoker can be used as a charcoal grill.
      Smokestack Adapter:  A band welded around the smokestack to accommodate a 6" stove pipe when piping the stack through the roof.  A damper is installed in the stack for this purpose.
      Water Fill Pipe:  A 1/2" pipe which runs the length of the cooker which has five holes drilled in it for uniform water filling without opening the cooker door.  A 1/2" pipe coupling is welded to the outside for easy valve & water line connections.
